We're locked and loaded for the 4th swim! We're headed to LA. The swim is Catalina Island to Las Angeles!
Distance: ~35km
Water temp: 16-18 degrees c
Interestingly, the whole swim will be at night! 😮
We're already into a solid and new training direction. Now we're through the colder swims, we'll now target more strength and power! I'm keen to build controlled effort phases into the swims!
