What a month!
After a solid 4 weeks in Queensland, I'm heading home to Singapore!
The Cotton Tree squad, ocean swims, double session days...AWESOME!
Averaging 25km-30km a week, cementing in a new bilateral swimming technique, it really has been a great summer!
I had a worrying shoulder issue for a couple of weeks. A ton of massage, stretch and technique work and I'm in a great place.
Excited to ramp the weekly numbers now. 30km is the new normal. >40km is now looming... 😎
