Im strong and healthy. Im training faster and water better than I ever have. I only wished I trained with this commitment when I did Ironman.
O have discovered the OCBC pool. The water is cooler, and the lanes are clear. For the last 2 Saturday’s I have swum double sessions. These are making such a difference. The key to getting stronger is to conquer the session after the hardest session! In other words, Saturday is nothing until you do Sunday! #gettingstrong
