The Ka’iwi Channel is a place like I have never experienced in my life.
She is special, strong, in charge and humbling. I am privileged to have met her.
Clearly a disappointing day. A reminder for me of just how tough this sport is.
I’m going to sit in this for a few days and just breathe.
