Well...a day of learning today in the water. Brains and I undertook our 3rd AT test series. This test determines the rate of lactic acid creation in the body. Short story...the numbers went the wrong way. This means that in today’s testing I created more LA than previous tests. Ie. I’m less efficient. The negative- 8 weeks work to go backwards! The positive- we have the data to course correct.
This really is a journey. Give me the strength!
