Step by Step

So. Tinkering with 2 sessions a day.


Trying to swim fresh to keep working at it.

I’ve never thought more about the logic behind the mechanics of this.


‘Remove catchup’. In other words, always have an arm moving in the water. When the back arm leaves the water, move the front arm.


Swim from my hips. I get another 2 inches per stroke.
