The Big Ramp- Hawaii FIVE- O

This weekend will conclude the last week of the ~30km/week block. It really has surprised me how quickly my body has adapted to this milage and this consistency.

Next week we lift to 36km. The following week will be 42km, then 45km. New territory for me.

I'm also back in the gym with Chris. We're now working with a newly available technology called VALD.

We know we have strength. We now need increased flexibility. Our ability to measure and focus my training is just amazing! I've attached a report. All tested using a handheld wireless device!

Righto! I'll keep you posted. We'll be looking to see if we find a point of my training inefficiency, or if my body embraces the load!
